Larry Ochs Vice President of Business Development Larry is responsible for Marketing, Sales, and Program Management.  His team of highly dedicated professionals, as shown on this page, are the key customer contacts and their responsibility is to ensure total satisfaction.  He earned a BSEE from the University of Cincinnati.  Earlier in his career he designed various commercial and military products, successfully managed development programs, and, as product manager, directed the development of wireless transceivers.  He plays soccer, softball and golf and enjoys watching his children play sports. William Enigk Business Development Engineer Bill is responsible for managing the Sales Department office staff as well as supporting our Integrated Cosite Equipment (ICE) product lines. He oversees sales and marketing, proposals, negotiations and offers technical support.  He earned a BSEE from Purdue University.  In previous roles, he designed commercial and military products and managed environmental/product testing. His interests include racing events, bicycling, and motorcycling. Timothy Harrington Business Development Engineer Tim provides technical integrated cosite equipment information, searches for new business opportunities, and helps customers solve their cosite communication problems. Tim earned a BSEE and a MSEE from the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign. He has written many technical articles that have been published and that he presents in his spare time. He also enjoys motorcycling, car repair, and water skiing. Richard Vuketich Business Development Engineer Rich enjoys providing technical support, preparing proposals, working with international customers and developing new business opportunities.  Rich enjoys helping customers solve problems and is the co-owner of three US Patents. He earned a BSEE from the University of Toledo.  Earlier in his career he designed and sold SIGINT products to the US Intelligence community. His outside interests include fishing, waterskiing, grandkids, house remodeling and auto repair.  Kevin Harrison Product Engineer Kevin is responsible for our standard filter products, and he also provides technical information, pricing and availability. He is a facilitator for our international representatives and serves as our trade show coordinator. He earned a BSEE from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s of Business Management from Wilmington College. Kevin’s interests include sports, coaching, and auto racing. Douglas Schaefferkoetter Program Manager Doug is responsible for monitoring the development through production phases for integrated cosite equipment. He interfaces with the customer concerning costs, schedules, and performance. He earned a Bachelors of Educational Studies degree from the University of Missouri, a MS from Abilene Christian University, and an Advanced Program Management certificate from Defense Systems Management College. He belongs to the Military Officer’s Association (MOA), and the Harley Owner’s Group (HOG). He works with the disabled through the Board of MRDD and the Special Olympics. He likes motorcycles, electronics, and visiting Panama. Dave Daniels Program Manager Dave is responsible for monitoring the development through production phases for integrated cosite equipment. He interfaces with the customer concerning costs, schedules, and performance. He earned a BSEE from the University of Cincinnati. He coaches baseball, plays softball, and finds time for remodeling projects Dianne Biddle Sales Administrator Dianne provides standard product pricing and availability. She is also a facilitator for international representatives. She oversees development through production of our digitally tuned bandpass filters. She also enjoys horseback riding, fishing, and water skiing. Stephanie Franklin Administrative Assistant Stephanie performs the duties of receptionist.  Her tasks include directing incoming calls, greeting and assisting visitors coming into the office and giving support to the Sales, Accounting and Human Resource departments.  She attended The Miami University Middletown campus taking various business courses and is also a Notary Public. Things she enjoys in her leisure time are bowling, fishing, golf and gardening.
